My name is GIULIANO, I was born in 1956 and live in Tesero, a small village in Fiemme Valley, a well-known touristic resort in the North-Western Dolomites in Trentino-Northern Italy.

After the diploma in electronics, I got the Radio-Amateur License. This passion was communicated to me since when I was a child by my Father Tarcisio IN3BPM, then I1PAL . In 1978, after obtaining the call, then IW3ADG, In 1990 I got the CEPT 1° Class License with Call IN3KLQ. I began my activity particularly in VHF band and UP and this is still my main interest. Among my hobbies, besides the radio, there are the home-made construction and experimentation of   Homebrew Amateur radio receivers, transmitters and transceivers for the bands HF - 50 - 144 and 432 Mhz. I am also manager for Trentino of the Award S.O.T.A. What is? Summits on the Air (SOTA)is an award scheme for radio amateurs and shortwave listeners that encourages portable operation in mountainous areas.
