....How to extend the coverange frequency of this known FM-SSB-CW VHF mobile
    transceiver from 140,000 Mhz up to 149,999 Mhz.

1) OPEN THE TOP, BOTTOM COVERS AND THE FRONT PANEL OF THE RTX.

2) REAR THE FRONT PANEL THERE IS THE CONTROL UNIT (X53-1460-XX)(A/6).

3) ON THE CONTROL UNIT AND NEAR THE IC1 (microPD7508HG-545-22) THERE
   ARE SEVERAL DIODES (COMPATIBLE TO THE 1N4148).

4) LOCATE AND DESSOLDIER THE DIODE D1.

5) MOUNT THE DIODE D1 AT THE PLACE OF D3.

6) END OF THE OPERATIONS.

...I like remember that on the european version of the TR-751E, there is not
   the diode D3 on the circuit. If you like, you can simply cut the D1 and
   place a normal diode 1N4148 to the D3.
