COMMENT: A magnetic structure passed at ACE. The solar wind speed, the

density and the total magnetic field strength increased. The geomagnetic

conditions stayed calm. We expect no geomagnetic disturbances higher
than 3 Kp for the next 24 hours. Several sunspots are visible. None of

them has a complex coronal magnetic structure. We predict 50% chance for

a C-flare in the coming 48 hours. The probability for an M-flare is
small.
